High quality and food safety are the basis for systems implemented and certified in the Meat Plant SKIBA (IFS, BRC). We operate comprehensively. We do not neglect any of the links in a complex chain which is the production cycle. Implemented by systems we support this process and guarantee work safety, hygiene and unique taste of meats and sausages. We control the quality of products at every stage - from the entry of raw material to the plant until the final product. Meat Processing Plant "SKIBA" has received positive certification of critical systems to ensure the safety and high quality of products.

Certyficate of International Food Standard
is an international standard for food safety, accepted worldwide. It consists of the following standards:
• BRC, SQF, ISO 9000,
• the requirements of Codex Alimentarius,
• applicable national law,
• HACCP, GMP, GHP,
• European Quality System

IFS standard is a response to the needs of consumers and their growing requirements in terms of product quality and stability and production safety. It is difficult to obtain, and yet Skiba Meat Factory were in a very narrow group of entities certified.






BRC Certyficate

This certificate, which primarily defines the standards of safety and quality of production in a factory. Must meet a number of requirements to obtain it - among other things, have a HACCP system and implement the principles of good manufacturing practices and hygiene.






QAFP Certificate
 
This System Certificate Guaranteed Quality Food. It stands out the production process, which guarantees a higher quality of food. If the company has been awarded this certificate, they have the assurance of reproducible, stable and high-value meat products produced at the plant.


PDŻ Certificate

Know Good Food PDŻ Mark is awarded only to products which meet the criteria developed by the Scientific Committee. Quality food products. The main objective of the program is to inform consumers about food quality. It gives a guarantee of top quality products that meet strict criteria. Certainly it helps you choose the right product for everyday purchases.

Try Fine Food is a tool of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. It is also part of the EU project, which aims to improve the quality of products and care for their taste.

The Meat Plant Skiba, located in the marvelous surroundings, constantly take care of it, to meat from which our products are manufactured, it was of the highest quality. Food safety is one of our main goals. All processes in the Meat Plant Skiba are carried out with full respect for the environment. We produce, combining tradition with modern forms of production. Due to these factors, we are sure that our clients get the meat and meat products that meet their expectations and always have the same unique taste.

How we realize the goals?

We take a number of actions, including:

- Conduct chemical and microbiological meats, semi-finished and finished products;
- We cooperate with local suppliers and growers; We organize training, so they can supply us with raw materials and higher quality;
- We care about developing and improving implemented in factories HACCP system - thanks to him we can minimize the risk of any risks at each stage of production and distribution;
- To maintain consistently high level of quality systems that ensure food security and guarantee the highest taste of the products;
- Rational and economical use of the available resources of water, gas, electricity; modern manages waste;
- We use innovative solutions for water and wastewater;
- Minimize the amount of contaminants - we care about the condition of the environment, the purity of water and air;
- We monitor all kinds of activities that determine the quality and safety of our products;

- Use next-generation solutions in the energy (heat reclaim and use economizers in steam boilers);
- Reduce to a minimum the use of products containing substances that may negatively affect the environment;
- Strictly adhere to the applicable Polish and EU environmental legislation;
- Continually we train staff and develop their skills - the company created by people, and they largely responsible for the high quality and level of production;
- Conduct research level of satisfaction of our customers;
- Improve and extend our offer of products available, modernize plants and retrofitting jobs - all in order to meet customer expectations and consistently offering delicious high quality products.
